I finished this last night and washed it this morning.
It came out better than I thought it was going to.
I think knitting the pointed end
(I got really tired of knitting that point)
with the bright orange helped.
The orange gave it a more southwestern look.
The wrap is smaller than I expected
definitely a scarf and not a shawl or even a shawlette!

i have a copy of a pattern similar to this done with a variegated yarn. this turned out great. you used to come up on my blog roll but haven't in a long time...not sure why. just added you back in. love seeing what you do.
