Months ago, I said I would post a photo of my Mermaid doll, but then I couldn't find any photographs of her. Then with the move and other personal complications, I forgot all about it. Well now she is going to be in an exhibit, so I got her out, dusted her off etc. Now she is ready for her close-up!

Hi, Sara. Just stopped by from Jude's blog to admire your stitching. Lovely stitching, indeed, and what a fun doll!

Sara,
My goodness, you have been up to a lot!
This doll is marvelous. It is so you. She is very expressive in her gesture which I like very much.
The costume is divine. Something that comes easily from a former costume designer, I imagine?
I love the bust treatment.
